I have lost my password to access IamBigBrother. What now?
Re-install the full version of IamBigBrother. Your password will be reset to the default of "iambigbrother".

IamBigBrother is not turned on and after restarting windows, it is still off. How do I make it turn on?
It could have been removed from startup by an antivirus program or a conflict with something else on your system. Just re-install the full version and restart Windows.

When I login to IamBigBrother, I keep getting messages that my serial number is invalid and there is no activity to view.
In the Setup, you have selected to turn on Remote Access and do not have the correct serial number for this. If you are not subscribed for the Remote service, turn this off in the Setup. Otherwise, verify your serial number.

Can I view the saved activity from another computer? Sometimes I cannot get to the computer I am monitoring.
